 Institute of High Pressure Physics Unipress is an institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). The mission of Unipress is to use high pressure methods for advanced fundamental research and technology development.
 

 The main fields of activity:

  • Solid state physics (semiconductors, superconductors)
  • Optoelectronics (blue/UV optoelectronics, tunable laser diodes)
  • Sintering of nanocrystalline materials (nanopowders and ceramics)
  • Biological materials and food preservation
  • High-pressure instrumentation
