The proceedings of the IWBNS will be published by the Journal of Crystal Growth. These proceedings have been considered a reference for Bulk Nitride Semiconductors progress. We need your contribution to keep the high standards of these publications.

The costs of the publication will be kindly cover by the Educational Program of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT).
Therefore, we will need to expedite the publication procedure to match their deadline.

Please submit your manuscript no later than October 15, 2009, to Jaime Freitas (jaime.freitas@nrl.navy.mil). The manuscripts will undergo the normal peer-review process and they will be published in early 2010. The review process must be completed by January 15, 2009.
