Invited lecture at ECCG6

One of invited speakers at the Sixth European Conference On Crystal Growth (ECCG6) will be Michal Bockowski from Unipress. His presentation is entitled “Bulk growth of GaN - status, perspectives and trends” and results of HVPE as well as ammonothermal GaN growth will be presented.
Michal Bockowski will discuss recent progress in these two crystallization methods. ECCG6 will be held in Varna, Bulgaria on 13-16 September.
