E-MRS 2024 Fall Meeting

The 2024 Fall Meeting of the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) will be held on September 16 – 19, 2024 in Warsaw at the campus of Warsaw University of Technology.
This year, our employees are co-organizing three symposia as part of this event:
- Symposium P: Boron Nitride: from advanced growth approaches to advanced applications (Agata Kamińska, Izabella Grzegory).
- Symposium L: Ultra-Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors challenges: from materials to devices (Henryk Teisseyre);
- Symposium I: III-nitrides and their use in electronics and optoelectronics (Anna Kafar);
During the conference, our PhD student Muhammed Aktaş will give an invited talk entitled “Polarization-doped III-N laser diode operating at cryogenic temperature”). Scientists from IWC PAN will also give 12 contributed presentations.
