One of the employees of our Institute has been invited to participate in the 2nd Intensive Discussion on Growth of Nitride Semiconductors. The Workshop will be held on October 30 - 31, 2014 at Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan.

The purpose of the Workshop is find the direction to take in the future and the problems that need to be solved in the field of crystal growth of nitride semiconductors. The number of participants is limited to 50 people, and the straightforward discussions are greatly encouraged among the selected professionals.
