mgr inż. Maciej Mikosza

Maciej Mikosza has obtained his MSc from Technical Physics at the Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. In 2017 he started his PhD studies programme working in MBE Group of prof. dr hab. Czesław Skierbiszewski investigating physical properties of nitride tunnel junctions in the framework of TEAM-TECH FPS' grant.

Research Interests

Maciej Mikosza's research interests include investigating of transport processes, electrical characterization of deep defect states, epitaxial growth and electrical and optical characterization of tunnel junction based nitride devices.
