Registration
Registration is required for all participants and accompanying persons. Participants are invited to register online: register here
The Symposium fee Includes:
- Participation in all lectures and access to the exhibition area
- Symposium materials including Programme and Book of Abstracts
Payment:
Payments in PLN (Polish Zloty), without any charges to the beneficiary, should be made:
- by credit card (Mastercard or Visa are welcome)

Confirmation of Registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed by e-mail.
Changes to Registration
Changes to your original application for registration will be charged a handling fee of 50 PLN
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations of registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the ISGN-7 Registration Team to: registration-isgn7@mazurkas.pl
- Cancellations received no later than 11th June 2018 will be refunded less 30% of paid amount.
- Cancellations received after 11th June 2018 will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be paid after closing the Symposium.
