The research station for phase composition analysis is equipped with Panalytical X'Pert PRO and Bruker D8 diffractometers, enabling fast and precise material testing. X'Pert PRO with an ultra-fast PIXcel detector allows for the analysis of powders, capillary samples, texture, as well as micro-diffraction and reflection. The diffractometer works with a copper lamp and offers Bragg-Brentano or parallel beam geometry with a Goebel mirror, and measurements can be performed in the temperature range from -180°C to 350°C. The Bruker D8, equipped with a silver lamp and LynxEye detector, enables nanometric material testing and PDF calculations for interatomic distance analysis. The device supports advanced texture and ion analysis as well as measurements at high temperatures up to 1000°C. The station provides comprehensive, high-resolution, and effective phase and structural analysis of materials, supporting both scientific research and industrial technological processes.
