Dwa referaty zaproszone na konferencji Compound Semiconductors Week 2027 (CSW2027)
We are pleased to announce that two scientists from the Institute of High Pressure Physics PAS will deliver invited talks at the international conference Compound Semiconductor Week (CSW 2027). This prestigious event, dedicated to research, technology, and applications of compound semiconductors, will take place from June 15–18, 2027, on the Lido in Venice.
- Prof. Izabella Grzegory will deliver an invited talk entitled "High pressure approaches to hBN crystal growth and physics" on boron nitride crystallization.
- Dr. Tomasz Sochacki will deliver an invited talk entitled “Anisotropy in Ammonothermal Growth of Nitrides: Killer or Ally?”, addressing the role of anisotropy in ammonothermal nitride growth.
