Research capabilities and technical data
The Bruker VERTEX 80v vacuum THz FTIR spectrometer with a photoluminescence module and a helium continuous flow cryostat and an IRLabs Inc. D211-F/2 helium bolometer enables reflection, transmission, and photoluminescence measurements in a wide range from infrared to terahertz (up to 500 GHz).
