Research capabilities and technical data
Transfer system for fabricating 2D layered structures enables precise layering of two-dimensional layers such as exfoliated graphene flakes and h-BN flakes. The system relies on a high-magnification optical microscope and precise movements. The entire system is housed in a glovebox with a neutral protective atmosphere (pure N2).
