Dwa referaty zaproszone na konferencji International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors 2026 (IWN 2026)

Researchers from our Institute will present two invited talks at the prestigious International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors 2026 (IWN2026), which will take place on November 8-13, 2026 in Kumamoto, Japan.

The invited speakers from IHPP PAS are:

• Prof. dr hab. inż. Michał Boćkowski - “From Bulk GaN to Quantum and Power Devices: Crystals, Epitaxy, and Extreme Processing”
• Dr hab. inż. Grzegorz Muzioł - “Efficient Wide InGaN Quantum Wells: From Physics to Technology”

IWN is one of the most important international conferences dedicated to nitride semiconductors, bringing together top scientists and industry experts from around the world.

IWN2026 is an excellent opportunity to present our research work, establish international collaborations, and explore the latest advances in nitride semiconductor science and technology.
