Naukowcy IWC PAN z zaproszonym referatem i tutorialem na ISPlasma2027

The 19th International Symposium on Advanced Plasma Science and its Applications for Nitrides and Nanomaterials / 20th International Conference on Plasma-Nano Technology & Science (ISPlasma2027/IC-PLANTS2027) will take place on 2-6 March 2027 at Nagoya University, Japan.

Researchers from the Institute of High Pressure Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences (IHPP PAS, Unipress) will participate in the conference within the Wide Bandgap Semiconductors field:

• Dr Tomasz Sochacki from the NL-3 Laboratory will deliver an Invited Talk „Anisotropy in Ammonothermal Growth of Nitrides: Killer or Ally?”, presenting research results from IHPP PAS.
• Prof. Michał Boćkowski has been invited as a Tutorial Speaker. His tutorial, entitled “From Thermodynamics to Large-Area GaN Substrates: A Tutorial on Bulk GaN Growth”, will focus on bulk GaN crystal growth and the development of large-area GaN substrates.

The abstract submission deadline has been extended to 19 October 2026 (JST).
